Welcome to Grade Reports
Grade Reports is a Google Docs Add-on that connects to your Google Classroom courses and generates professional student progress reports, which can be emailed directly to students and parents/guardians.
Grade Reports is available on the Google Workspace Marketplace. A valid license is required.
What is Grade Reports?
Grade Reports reads grade data directly from Google Classroom and produces formatted reports as Google Docs. Teachers can generate reports for individual students or an entire class, with full control over what appears in each report.

The Three Menus
Grade Reports adds three items to the Extensions → Grade Reports menu:

Getting Started
- Install Grade Reports from the Google Workspace Marketplace
- Open any Google Doc and go to Extensions → Grade Reports → Generate Reports
- Select a Google Classroom course from the dropdown
- Configure your report options
- Click Create Report or Email Reports

Grade Reports requires access to Google Classroom, Google Drive, and Gmail. Your data remains private and is only used to generate reports.
